Boot camp workouts are:

  • An excellent way to burn a lot of calories and burn them fast
  • Very Efficient - you'll get to work your entire body in a relatively short period of time
  • Extremely Fun - You’ll learn different exercises and experience camaraderie like none other
  • Easy to fit into a busy schedule - We have boot camps at different times of the day to work with almost any schedule and your workout is complete within one hour. Aren’t you worth one hour three times a week?
  • As challenging as you want them to be, you can workout at your own pace

Boot Camp workouts are very efficient because you integrate strength training with cardio while also working on endurance. In Boot Camp, you’re also encouraged to push yourself to surpass your goals and increase your performance to get the best results of your life.

Requirements:

  1. Be consistent about attendance, a program will only work if you are serious about it and show up on the designated days.
  2. Bring a mat, towel, refillable water bottle and, if desired, a set of hand held weights.
  3. The right attitude! Please be prepared to have a great time at camp meeting others with similar goals, but also be prepared to work hard!
  4. Our participants are everywhere from the “new, never worked out before” person to the fittest athletes looking for a “push” forward; so the ability to slow jog for a short period of time is the only pre-requisite.
